We do most of the work, but by maintaining control and providing sweat equity, you save money while getting the quality you demand.

TriOval Associates LLC are contractors that work with homeowners in the Raleigh, NC area. TriOval is led by Gene Fornaro, who retired from the engineering extension program at NC State University but remains a teacher at heart. He and his team of professional builders teach novices and volunteers every week at Habitat for Humanity projects. They can teach you, too. The result will be a better home remodeling project.
